+Adds a new XML Layout as string into your frame.

+#### Parameters: 
+1. `string` xml
+
+#### Returns:
+1. `frame` The frame being used
+
+#### Usage:
+* Creates a new base frame and adds the mainframe.xml layout

+local myFrame = basalt.createFrame():addLayoutFromString("<button x='12' y='5' bg='black' />")
